Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. We ship via post service, and we will notify you via email when your order ships and give you a tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship all over the world.
The merchandise will be sent out after the accrual of the payment.
There will be no shipment costs if order is over 49 EUR. Otherwise the shipping cost will be 5.90 EUR in EU countries.

Worldwide there will be no shipment costs if order is over 69 EUR/79usd. Otherwise the shipping cost will be 12.90 EUR/14.99usd.
The shipment date is about 7-10 workdays in EU. Outside EU orders - please allow 15-20 days shipping, depending about country.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please notify us via email at info@saltsup.com within 14 days of receiving your shipment so that we may authorize a return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once we have received the items in their original condition, we will issue a refund in the original form of payment. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
