Herb salt "meat" coarse
By the old Portuguese recipe, delicious herbs have been added to Flor de Sal in order to perfectly season meat dishes.
Flor de Sal, which has also been called „the caviar of the salts", is handpicked in Algarve, Portugal. The salt crystallises as a thin layer and looks exactly like a flower (that's where the name "Flor de Sal" comes from, as it translates into salt flower).
These delicious salt crystals can only form on hot, sunny and windless days. Flor de Sal contains abundantly natural minerals and micro-elements, as well as iodine.
Contains thyme, basil, rosemary and peppercorns.
Mix: 82% sea salt, 18% rosemary, basil, thyme, organic peppercorn.
